Blue Bronco Real Estate was founded in 2008 because the principal could not find a professionally based management company to manage properties. We found management companies were too focused on their bottom line instead of the owners they serve. With a legal background, the owner decided to take a different approach to residential property management, professional and owner focused.
Today Blue Bronco Real Estate manages single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and small multi-family properties across Less's Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, Raymore, Belton, and Raytown. We use AppFolio property management software to provide owners with 24/7 access to financial statements, repair history, and lease documents.
