Background Check We check for unsatisfied judgments, eviction history, and active warrants. Any unsatisfied judgment from the last 10 years or any active warrant is grounds for automatic denial.

Tenant screening must be applied consistently and fairly to every applicant. Federal Fair Housing Laws prohibit discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability. Missouri and local ordinances may provide additional protections.
