How do I give notice? The notice provision in your lease with Blue Bronco requires WRITTEN NOTICE.

For more information on your rights and responsibilities as a tenant in Missouri, visit the Missouri Attorney General's Landlord-Tenant Law page.

This can be given by dropping a notice off in our dropbox outside our office marked 1308 at 1308 NE WINDSOR DR. LEE'S SUMMIT, MO 64086  or via mail. Please confirm with us after you have sent it that we have received it. 


When is my lease term up? 

Please check your tenant portal and read your lease. Many leases contain the following provision for term: This Lease shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, regardless of the length of the initial term, unless either party shall give notice of termination pursuant to the Notice Section of this lease at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the initial or any successive term of this Lease.

Please log into your Tenant Portal to report a maintenance issue. Once logged in, you can submit a new maintenance request and view the status of any previous requests. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays.
